SLAM EN/CORPS (2009)
Slam en/Corps is an interactive and multidisciplinary performance, presented at the Tohu in March 2009. The performance brings together urban dances and slam in a meeting between poetry, rhythm, movement and bodies. The choreographer Ismael Mouaraki and the slam artist Elkahna Talbi aka Queen KA, two interpreters with a similar past, alteregos from France and Canada, converse and share their practices.
« Ismael Mouaraki took urban dance to another level of meaning and was entertaining to boot. » The Gazette, décembre 2008

DANCEBATTLE AT VALSPEC
DC participated in the 2016 editions of Qui bougera le dernier (Who will move last) in Valspec: a dance battle where each amateur dancer is partnered with a professional dancer oh whichever practice of his choosing (ballet, urban, contemporary). The teams will dance in front of a jury, improvising and adapting their dancing skills to both their partner and to the live DJ music.
The winning teams will win both the honors and the reward of 500$ and 300$. The dance battle Qui bougera le dernier took place in November 2016 at the Café Chez Rose - 169 rue Champlain, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
