Near Future speaks to the generations of the 20th and 21st centuries, generations that lived through groundbreaking changes, historical events, progress and inventions, that drastically
changed our world perceptions, our behaviours and our lifestyles. The piece stages seemingly short, everyday, trivial stories, which, taken in a broader context, encourages the audience to
reflect on their own personal daily lives. One unwavering element: the tick-tock of time passing and the high speed at which our lives unfold.
This creation won the Award for Best Creation 2003 attributed by the Office Franco-québécois pour la Jeunesse (OFQJ).
